Good try.
Damn, they even picked Wednesday. Not the first time someone has made a joke before me, and it probably won’t be the last. Still, probably wouldn’t have drawn this had I known someone already made a similar joke.
Your version is better than the T-shirt.
The way the forecaster is so matter-of-factly makes all the difference!
Myself, I thought it was Pastafarian Revelations, with a giant meatball headed our way… (yes, this is moments after my last comment…am still mad-scientist-laughing my way through your old posts)
I really like it and don’t listen to someone who can’t even I.D. themselves. You did produce an original- the jokes only mildly similar. And if cartoonists (or any creative for that matter) never repeated gags/ideas (unknowingly or not), literature and arts would have died out thousands of years ago. Keep it up.
Finally a weatherman who tells it like it is – lol!
